Luba, officially the Municipality of Luba (Ilocano: Ili ti Luba; Maeng Itneg: Ili di Luba; Tagalog: Bayan ng Luba), is a municipality in the province of Abra, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 6,402 people.
