The Louisiana Tower is a 302 ft (92 m) tall modern office building located on 401 Edwards Street in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana. The building has 21 floors and was built in 1984. Upon its completion, it became the tallest building in Shreveport, surpassing the 265 ft (81 m) tall Beck Building which was built in 1957. The building held the record until the completion of 364 ft (111 m) tall Regions Tower in 1986. As of February 2026, the building is the 2nd-tallest in Shreveport.
The building is one of the two class-A office towers in Shreveport, the other being the Regions Center. Amenities include a parking garage, a cafe, and two conference rooms. Notable tenants include Stephens Inc., New York Life, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
In 2021, the tower was sold to a real estate developer from Atlanta who bought it in an auction for $7.5 million dollars. The developer also announced that he would bring improvements and renovations to the building.
