Lorne Malvo, also known under the alias Duluth or simply "Him", is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the first season of the FX television series Fargo. He is a psychopathic hitman who travels around Nevada and Minnesota hunting and killing people, whilst enticing others into committing sadistic acts of crime and murder. Throughout the series, Malvo is hinted at being the human personification of Satan. He is portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton, who received critical acclaim for his performance and was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award, and won a Golden Globe Award and a Critics' Choice Television Award.
