Edgar Vincent, 1st Viscount D'Abernon, GCB, GCMG, PC, FRS (19 August 1857 – 1 November 1941) was a British politician, diplomat, art collector and author. He played an important role in the negotiations behind the 1925 Locarno Pact between Germany and its neighbours.
