Lloyd Cameron Russell-Moyle FRSA (born 14 September 1986) is a British politician who served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Brighton Kemptown from 2017 to 2024. Formerly a member of Labour Co-op, he was a member of Brighton and Hove City Council from 2016 to 2017, but joined the Green Party of England and Wales in 2025.
He is a national executive member of the Socialist Educational Association, the education affiliate to the Labour Party, being re-elected in September 2024.
Russell-Moyle took up the role of Chief Executive Officer and General Secretary of youth organisation The Woodcraft Folk on 2 August 2025. He joined the Green Party of England and Wales in November 2025.
