Little Hadham is a village and civil parish in the East Hertfordshire district of Hertfordshire, England. The village lies 7 miles (11 km) north-east of Ware, its post town, and 5 miles (8 km) west of Bishop's Stortford. As well as the village itself, the parish covers surrounding rural areas, including the hamlets of Bury Green, Church End, Cradle End, Green Street, and Hadham Ford. At the 2021 census the parish had a population of 1,194.

The village lies in the valley of the River Ash. It is centred on a crossroads on the Roman road known as Stane Street. This part of Stane Street served as the A120 road until a bypass to the north of the village was completed in 2021. The village has a number of timber-framed houses. The medieval parish church, dedicated to Saint Cecilia, was rebuilt in the late 14th century or 15th century, and stands on a hillside to the east of the village.
