Lincoln Edward Davis (born September 13, 1943) is an American politician and businessman who served as the U.S. representative for Tennessee's 4th congressional district from 2003 to 2011. Prior to his election to Congress, Davis served in the Tennessee General Assembly from 1980 to 2002. A member of the Democratic Party, he is a member of the ReFormers Caucus of Issue One.
