Lidia Istrati (22 June 1941 – 25 April 1997) was a writer and politician from Moldova. She was born to Nicolae and Xenia and had a PhD in biology.

Lidia Istrati served as member of the Parliament of Moldova (1990 – 1997) and was the chairwoman of the Christian Democratic League of Women of Moldova(1993–1997) (Romanian: Liga Creștin-Democrată a Femeilor din Moldova).
