Lewis J. Hancox (born 15 June 1989) is an English graphic novelist, social media personality, and filmmaker. He is known for the 2022 graphic memoir Welcome to St. Hell: My Trans Teen Misadventure, about growing up as a transgender youth in the 2000s, which has been shortlisted for several awards, including the Waterstones Children's Book Prize. He is also known for producing online sketch comedy videos on TikTok and YouTube. Hancox has received recognition for his contributions to digital media and LGBTQ representation, and in addition to his publishing and online comedy work, he also co-founded the documentary film project My Genderation, which has produced work for the BBC and Channel 4.
