The Lermontovsky constituency (No.147) is a Russian legislative constituency in Penza Oblast. The constituency covers north-eastern half of Penza as well as western and northern Penza Oblast.
The constituency has been represented since 2020 by United Russia deputy Aleksandr Samokutyayev, former cosmonaut, who won the open seat as an A Just Russia candidate after the resignation of two-term A Just Russia deputy Leonid Levin in January 2020.
