Leonid Hryhorovych Kosakivsky (Ukrainian: Леонід Григорович Косаківський; born 21 January 1950) is a Ukrainian politician who was the first democratically elected mayor of Kyiv, serving from 1993 to 1998. He was also a People's Deputy of Ukraine from Ukraine's 223rd electoral district from 1998 to 2002.
