Leonard Richard Howard (born July 13, 1997) is an American actor, director, musician and martial artist. His accolades include a Young Artist Award for playing Laser Short in Shorts (2009). He is known for incorporating his karate skills into his feature film and television roles and he is known for playing young Snake-Eyes in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, and as Jack Brewer on the Disney XD comedy series Kickin' It and was certified as the youngest TV director ever by the Guinness World Records for his work on the episode "Fight at the Museum" in the series’ fourth season at the age of 16. In 2023, he joined the cast of Days of Our Lives as Tate Black.
