Leo Wilfred Joseph John Gerard CC (March 19, 1947 – September 21, 2025) was a Canadian steelworker and labour leader in both Canada and the United States. He was the longest-serving union president in the history of the United Steelworkers (USW), serving from 2001 until his retirement in 2019, and was the second Canadian to head the union. He also served on the Executive Council of the AFL-CIO.
