Leland S. Warburton (March 17, 1901 – April 29, 1977) was an American businessman and politician who served as a member of the Los Angeles City Council from 1945 to 1953. Representing the 1st District, he was instrumental in the post-war suburban development and infrastructure planning of the San Fernando Valley. Before his tenure in public office, Warburton served as a chief petty officer in the United States Coast Guard during World War II, serving in the South Pacific.
