The Legault ministry was formed following the 2018 Quebec general election. Following the victory of François Legault, as the leader of the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ), he formed a new cabinet (formally the Executive Council of Quebec); this is the first time the CAQ has formed a government in Quebec's history. His government won another mandate following the 2022 Quebec general election.
