Latheefa Beebi Koya (Latīpha Bīvi Kēāya; born 4 February 1973), often called Kak Lat, is a Malaysian politician, lawyer and human rights activist who was the fifth Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) from June 2019 to March 2020. She was a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and sat on the central executive committee of PKR. She is the first woman and non-Malay to assume office as chief-commissioner.
