Langham Dale

Sir Langham Dale (22 May 1826 – 12 January 1898) was an English-born educator who served as the Cape Colony's second Superintendent-General of Education. He was instrumental in the establishment of the University of the Cape of Good Hope and played a central role in shaping the colonial education system.
