La Trinidad ([lɐ tɾinɪˈdɐd]), officially the Municipality of La Trinidad (Ilocano: Ili ti La Trinidad; Tagalog: Bayan ng La Trinidad), is a municipality and capital of the province of Benguet, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 142,925 people.

The town is known for its strawberry fields, earning the title "Strawberry Fields of the Philippines". The municipality is within the Metro Baguio area.
