Kwesi Adofo-Mensah (born October 12, 1981) is an American professional football executive who currently serves as a personnel executive with the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). Previously, he served as the general manager of the Minnesota Vikings from 2022 until 2026. Before that, he was the vice president of football operations for the Cleveland Browns from 2020 to 2021 and also served in various executive roles for the San Francisco 49ers from 2013 to 2019. He has Ghanaian ancestry.
