Kunama is a rural locality in the South West Slopes of New South Wales, situated 9 km (5.6 mi) west of Batlow at an elevation of 900 to 1,000 m (3,000 to 3,300 ft). The region is largely one of apple produce, beef cattle farming, and sustainable forestry consisting mainly of radiata pine plantations.
