Koziniec [kɔˈʑiɲɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ząbkowice Śląskie, within Ząbkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.
Town rights were granted in 1244 and revoked before 1287.
