Kirill Konstantinovich Martynov (Russian: Кирилл Константинович Мартынов; born 25 April 1981) is a Russian journalist, political scientist, philosopher and writer. He is the editor-in-chief of Novaya Gazeta Europe and former associate professor at the Higher School of Economics (HSE).
