Kiar-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كيار شرقي) is in Kiar-e Sharqi District of Kiar County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Dezak. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Shahrak-e Adel.
