Khalid Mahmood is a Pakistani civil servant who served as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 1998 and 1999. He oversaw various aspects of the sport's administration and development. He passed the Central Superior Services exam in 1967. He also served as the provincial ombudsman of Punjab, Pakistan.
He was removed from office after Pakistan's defeat in the 1999 Cricket World Cup.
