Kevin Charles McCabe (born 25 April 1948) is an English property developer and businessman from Sheffield. He is the founder and chairman of Scarborough Group International, a property development and investment company with projects in the United Kingdom and internationally.

McCabe is also known for his former ownership and chairmanship of Sheffield United F.C., and has been involved in football ownership and investment in several countries including China, Hungary and Australia.
