Kevin Patrick Kiley (born January 30, 1985) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for California's 3rd congressional district since 2023. Elected as a Republican, Kiley represented the 6th district in the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2022. Kiley was one of 53 candidates who unsuccessfully attempted to replace California governor Gavin Newsom in a recall election on September 14, 2021.
Kiley was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022. In March 2026, Kiley announced he would run for re-election in 2026 as an independent in California's 6th congressional district. He formally changed his party affiliation from Republican to independent on March 9, adding that he would remain a member of the House Republican Conference.
