Karlinah Djaja Atmadja Wirahadikusumah (30 July 1930 – 6 October 2025) was an Indonesian social activist. She served as second lady of Indonesia (1983–1988).
As the spouse of a high-ranking state official, Karlinah was active in various social and community organizations and was notably dedicated to social welfare issues. For her service and devotion, the Indonesian government awarded her the Satyalancana Kebaktian Sosial (Social Welfare Merit Medal) in 1982 and the Star of Mahaputera in 1987.
