Kana Kandaen (transl. I had a dream) is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language thriller film directed by K. V. Anand in his directorial debut, and produced by P. L. Thenappan. The film stars Srikanth, Gopika and Prithviraj. The music was composed by Vidyasagar with cinematography by Soundarrajan and editing by V. T. Vijayan. It was dubbed into Telugu as Karthavyam.
