Kainchi Dham also known as Neem Karori Ashram is a spiritual ashram and Hindu temple complex, located in the Nainital district, Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, India. It is known for its association with Neem Karoli Baba, a revered Hindu saint.

The ashram was established by Neem Karoli Baba in 1964 on land donated by a local resident, Purnanand. Kainchi Dham is situated at a distance of 9 km from Bhowali and 17 Kms from Nainital, on the Nainital–Almora Road.
