Julie Ann Fedorchak (née Liffrig; born September 28, 1968) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for North Dakota's at-large congressional district since 2025. A member of the Republican Party, Fedorchak is the first woman elected to the House of Representatives from North Dakota. She previously served as a member of the North Dakota Public Service Commission from 2012 to 2025 after being appointed by Governor Jack Dalrymple.
