Juliana Stratton (née Wiggins; born September 8, 1965) is an American lawyer and politician who has served as the 48th lieutenant governor of Illinois since 2019. A progressive member of the Democratic Party, she was elected in 2018 and 2022 on a ticket with Governor JB Pritzker.
Stratton previously served as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives from 2017 to 2019. She is the first African-American woman to serve as lieutenant governor of Illinois. She is running in the Democratic primary for the 2026 United States Senate election in Illinois.
