Juan Fernández de Medrano y Sandoval (1595, Madrid – 17th century, Clavijo) was a Spanish nobleman and Cistercian monk at the Monastery of San Prudencio de Monte Laturce in Clavijo, belonging to the House of Medrano. He renounced his inheritance to enter monastic life. His will of 1616 documents substantial bequests to religious institutions and family members and provides important evidence of his role in the religious and patrimonial history of his lineage during Spain's Golden Age.
