Joseph Bienvenu Charles Foe-Atangana MON ChMW (born 6 January 1952) is a Cameroonian career diplomat who served as the Ambassador of Cameroon to the United States from 2008 to 2016. He was dismissed by President Paul Biya and replaced by Henri Étoundi Essomba.
