John Papuchis (born April 23, 1978) is an American college football coach. He is the special teams coordinator and defensive assistant for University of Missouri, positions he has held since 2026. He is a former defensive coordinator for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels football team and for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and special teams coordinator for Florida State Seminoles football team.
