John Fox (born February 8, 1955) is an American football coach and former player who serves as a senior assistant for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He was the head coach of the Carolina Panthers (2002–2010), Denver Broncos (2011–2014), and Chicago Bears (2015–2017) of the NFL. He coached the Panthers to an appearance in Super Bowl XXXVIII and the Broncos to an appearance in Super Bowl XLVIII.
