Joel D. Katz FCAHS (born 1954) is a Canadian psychologist and researcher. He is a Distinguished Research Professor and Canada Research Chair in Health Psychology at York University. He also serves as the Research Director of the Pain Research Unit in the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management at the Toronto General Hospital and is a professor in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Toronto.
