Joe Whitt Jr. (born July 19, 1978) is an American professional football coach who is currently the assistant head coach and secondary coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football as a wide receiver for the Auburn Tigers and has coached as an assistant for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, and Dallas Cowboys. Whitt served as defensive coordinator of the Washington Commanders from 2024 to 2025.
