Joakim Vujić (Serbian: Јоаким Вујић; 1772–1847) was a Serbian writer, dramatist (musical stage and theatre), actor and traveler. He was one of the most accomplished Serbian dramatists and writers at the end of the 18th- and beginning of the 19th century. He was the first director of the Princely Serbian Theatre in Kragujevac founded in 1835. He is known as the Father of Serbian Theatre.
