James Arthur Haslam III (born March 9, 1954) is an American businessman and sports executive. He is the chairman of the board of the Pilot Flying J truck stop chain. Haslam and his wife, Dee, own the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL), the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS), and a stake in the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Under Haslam's ownership, the Crew have won two MLS Cup Championships (2020 and 2023).

His father, Jim, founded the Pilot Corporation in 1958 as the Pilot Oil Corporation.
