James Wilson Jeffcoat Jr. (born April 1, 1961) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills. He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils. He won two Super Bowls with the Cowboys. After his playing career, he became a coach. He is the father of former NFL player and 2013 Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, Jackson Jeffcoat.
