Jennifer Brigid O'Malley Dillon (née O'Malley; born September 28, 1976) is an American former political strategist who chaired former Vice President Kamala Harris's 2024 presidential campaign. She also chaired former President Joe Biden's 2024 reelection campaign.

O'Malley Dillon served as White House deputy chief of staff for the first three years of Biden's presidency, after managing his 2020 presidential campaign. She is the first female campaign manager for a successful Democratic presidential ticket. In 2019, she managed Beto O'Rourke's presidential campaign.
