Jeffrey Victor Tuel (born February 12, 1991) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Washington State Cougars. He was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2013 and spent most of 2013 and 2014 as the Bills' third-string quarterback. He was also a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

As of June 2019 he was the vice president of sales for Fresno-based agriculture company Greenbrier Holdings, which at the time had just broken ground on a 20,000-square-foot operating plant for its burgeoning cannabis business.
