Jeff Heath (born May 14, 1991) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals. Heath signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He also played for the Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints.
