Julius Cesar "Jay" Vijandre Vergara (born January 5, 1960) is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as representative of the 3rd district of Nueva Ecija since 2025. He previously served as vice mayor of Cabanatuan from 2019 to 2025. He also served multiple terms as mayor of Cabanatuan.
