Jasmine Blackwater-Nygren (née Blackwater; born 1995/1996) is an American politician who has served as the First Lady of Navajo Nation since 2023. She also served as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives from the 7th legislative district from 2021 to 2023, when she was the youngest lawmaker in Arizona.

In December 2024, she was appointed as the Apache County Attorney, becoming the first woman and Indigenous person to hold this position.
