Jane Pitfield (née Toller; born c. 1954) is a Canadian politician who is the incumbent prefect of Pontiac Regional County Municipality, having served in the position since 2017. She is a former Toronto city councillor, representing one of the two Don Valley West wards. She ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of Toronto in 2006.
