Janice Ann Judy (née Watts; born December 11, 1946) is an American former politician. A member of the Democratic Party, she served three terms in the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing a Fayetteville-based district that included the University of Arkansas. In 2004, rather than seek reelection, she entered the race for Arkansas's 3rd congressional district seat in the United States House of Representatives. In the November general election, she finished a distant second to the Republican incumbent, John Boozman.
