Jamie Lyon (born 24 January 1982), also known by the nickname of "Killer", is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s and 2010s. An Australian international and New South Wales State of Origin representative goal-kicking centre, he played his first club football for the Parramatta Eels before joining Super League with English club St. Helens, with whom he won the 2006 Championship and Challenge Cup titles. Lyon then returned to the NRL with Manly Warringah, winning the 2008 and 2011 grand finals with them.
Originally used as a five-eighth by Manly, he switched back to his preferred centre position in 2009 and became regarded as one of the best centres in the game, winning the Dally M Centre of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014, the Rugby League International Federation Centre of the Year in 2011 and 2013, and the Dally M Captain of the Year in 2012 (along with Manly co-captain Jason King), and again individually in 2014.
In 2016, he became just the fourth player since 1908 (after Ryan Girdler (1991–2004), Hazem El Masri (1996–2009), and former Eels team mate Luke Burt (1999–2012)) to score 100 tries and kick 500 goals in a first grade career in Australia. As of 2025, his 1,410 points total for Manly (86 tries, 533 goals) make him the 2nd top point scorer in club history, behind Graham Eadie's career total of 1,917 points.
