James Charles Greenwood (born May 4, 1951) is an American politician. He represented Pennsylvania's Eighth Congressional District for six terms in the United States House of Representatives. He is a member of the Republican Party, and was a member of its moderate wing.
Greenwood became president and CEO of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) in 2004.
