James Brian Bullard (born February 28, 1961) is an American economist who served as the chief executive officer and 12th president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, a position he held from 2008 until August 14, 2023. In July 2023, he was named dean of the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University.
